Buyers will want to invite you to participate in one or more tenders. Active RFxs are listed on the Home Page of AirportSmart.com and where appropriate will be published in the following journals:
You can either register at any time regardless of whether there is a tender to respond to or not. This will enable Buyers to contact you for any purpose such as to ask you to participate in an Request-For-Information, market study or to inform you of publication of a contract notice. Alternatively, you can register in response to a contract notice you have seen on one of the above journals. We recommend that even if you are already registered, you should register again in response to a specific contract notice. You can edit your record at any time. In all cases registration is free and is done by filling in the form below – it only takes ten minutes.
We ask you to agree to our Usage Guidelines and Participant Agreement during registration. Registration and access to tender documents are free as is uploading your response. You are only asked to pay a fee if you accept an invitation to bid. These agreements are available at the bottom of the page.
Buyers will search for Suppliers by the internationally recognised Common Purchase Vocabulary (CPV) code and the OJEU reference number so it is important to use the correct code to describe your business activity. By registering below you will create an account which the Buyer will access to invite you to participate in any RFx that matches your CPV code or the specific tender notice you are responding to. Invitations to participate in a RFx will be sent to the email address you nominate during registration.
Your information will remain confidential to AirportSmart and representatives of the Buying organisations shown on the Home Page.
